on sale of land


1. Where Aliens Licence is not required and the purchaser is an individual – US$5500.00 plus disbursements.

2. Where an Aliens Licence is required US$7000.00 plus disbursements to include application for the Licence.

3. Where a local company is to be formed by the purchaser to hold the land and an aliens licence is not required fee is US$6930.00

4. Where a local company is to be incorporated and an aliens licence is required the fee is US$7930.00

5. Where a local company and an IBC are to be formed and a licence applied for the fee is US$8930.00

The fees in 2, 4 and 5 include the application for the licence and where applicable, the formation of the local company and the IBC together with the fees for conveyancing – the disbursements are attached separately.
